Installation guide

After You Download

Use the application package to install Prospectus AI. The dataset ZIP is only sample material for testing the workflow after the app is running.

First-run setup

The desktop package is a thin client. Prompts, agents, model execution, and provider keys remain on the protected server; documents selected in the workspace are uploaded to that server for processing.

Windows Installer

Recommended
  1. 1Close any existing Prospectus AI windows before upgrading.
  2. 2Run ProspectusAI-Setup-0.1.2.exe and follow the installer.
  3. 3Launch Prospectus AI from the Start Menu or desktop shortcut.
  4. 4Sign in with your workspace credentials. An internet connection is required.

macOS DMG

Apple Silicon / Intel
  1. 1Download the DMG matching your Mac chip.
  2. 2Open the DMG and run 双击安装 Install.command inside the window.
  3. 3If macOS blocks the script, right-click it, choose Open, then Open again.
  4. 4Launch it from Applications and sign in to the hosted workspace.

Linux AppImage

  1. 1Download ProspectusAI-linux-x64.AppImage.
  2. 2Make it executable if your browser removed that permission.
  3. 3Run the AppImage and sign in to the hosted workspace.
  4. 4Keep an internet connection while using AI features.

Test Dataset

Sample inputs
  1. 1Do not run the dataset ZIP as an application.
  2. 2Extract it after Prospectus AI is installed.
  3. 3Use files under prospectus_kg_output/inputs or prospectus_corpus as sample materials.
  4. 4Upload the sample files in the workspace, then run Prepare data.
